In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

To register and use the mt9661 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be a natural person and at least 21 years of age. mt9661 strictly prohibits access by individuals under 21, and we reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident or citizen of a jurisdiction in which accessing online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of mt9661 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be registered on any national self-exclusion registry, gambling block list, or similar official program that prohibits your participation in online gambling activities.
• You must not have a previously suspended, terminated, or permanently closed mt9661 Account, unless mt9661 has expressly reinstated your access in writing.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the mt9661 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — regardless of the email address, device, payment method, or IP address used — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, cancellation of all pending bets, and forfeiture of all balances associated with any duplicate accounts.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at the time of registration and to update your Account details promptly whenever any information changes. mt9661 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where information is found to be false, misleading, or outdated, and to withhold any associated balance pending investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. mt9661 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

mt9661 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any time, including but not limited to before processing your first withdrawal, upon reaching cumulative deposit thresholds, or where we have reason to believe account information requires confirmation. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (KTP or passport), proof of address, and — where applicable — proof of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restriction.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

mt9661 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels, subject to availability at the time of the transaction: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). mt9661 does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or third-party payment processors not listed above.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum deposit amounts and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your Account and may vary by payment method. mt9661 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice. Players must not attempt to circumvent stated limits by splitting transactions across multiple payment methods or time periods.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically credited to your Account instantly. Deposits via certain e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay) may carry an administrative fee of up to 0.5%, which will be disclosed at the time of the transaction. mt9661 is not responsible for delays caused by the banking or e-wallet provider's own processing systems.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed during business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB, Monday through Sunday). Standard processin g times are as follows: bank transfers within 1–3 hours of approval; e-wallet transfers within 15–60 minutes of approval. Withdrawals requested outside of business hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next available processing window. mt9661 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges.

4.5 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the verified identity on your mt9661 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. mt9661 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before releasing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding Rp 50.000.000 per transaction or where unusual account activity is detected.

4.6 Refund Policy

Deposits are non-refundable once credited to your Account and used in wagering activity. Where a deposit has been made in error and no wagering has occurred, you may contact our support team at [email protected] to request a review. Approved refunds will be returned to the original deposit payment method within 3–5 business days.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional incentives offered by mt9661 are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that offer only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible game categories, contribution percentages, and time limits are specified on each individual promotion page. As a general guide, mt9661's standard welcome bonus carries a wagering requirement of 5x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the specific offer. Bets placed on certain game types — including live baccarat, roulette, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) — may contribute at a reduced percentage toward wagering requirements, as specified per promotion.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

mt9661 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once; using automated betting patterns or software to fulfill wagering requirements with minimal risk; colluding with other players to abuse referral or cashback promotions. Where bonus abuse is detected, mt9661 reserves the right to void all associated Bonus Funds and winnings, suspend the Account, and pursue recovery of any funds already withdrawn as a result of the abusive activity.

5.4 Promotion Availability

All promotions are available for a limited time and may be withdrawn, amended, or suspended by mt9661 at any time without prior notice. Promotions may be restricted to players in specific regions, at specific account levels, or meeting specific eligibility criteria as stated in the promotion terms. mt9661 reserves the right to decline to offer any promotion to any Player at its sole discretion.

6.1 Sportsbook

All sports bets placed on the mt9661 platform are subject to the specific rules for each sport and market type, as published in the sportsbook rules section. Key principles include: bets are final once confirmed; live in-play odds fluctuate in real time and the odds at the moment of confirmation are binding; mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all legs to win for the full payout — a voided leg reduces the accumulator to the remaining selections; and Asian Handicap (voor bola) rules apply as per international standard interpretation.

6.2 Casino & Live Dealer Games

Casino games, including video slots, live baccarat, blackjack, and roulette, are operated in accordance with the rules defined by each game's software provider. All games use certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are accurate to the game version deployed on the Platform. mt9661 is not responsible for game outcomes arising from player misunderstanding of game rules.

6.3 Togel

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) games on the Platform are subject to the draw schedules, prize structures, and result verification processes published in the togel section of the Platform. Results are final once officially published. Disputes regarding togel results must be submitted within 24 hours of result publication.

6.4 Voided Bets

mt9661 reserves the right to void any bet where: the bet was placed after a relevant event had concluded; obvious pricing or display errors occurred; system malfunctions affected the integrity of the market; or any other extraordinary circumstance reasonably warrants voiding in the interest of fairness. Voided bets are returned to the Player's Account balance at the original stake amount.

6.5 Maximum Payout

mt9661 imposes per-event and per-day maximum payout limits, which are displayed in the relevant game or market section. Where a Player's winnings from a single bet or single game session exceed the stated maximum payout limit, the excess amount above the limit will not be paid. Players are advised to review applicable maximum payout limits before placing high-value wagers.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the mt9661 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Registering more than one Account, either personally or through a third party acting on your behalf.
• Using the Platform while located in a Prohibited Territory.
• Depositing funds sourced from illegal or fraudulent activity, including proceeds of crime or money laundering.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human gameplay.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities — any such exploitation must be reported to support immediately rather than profited from.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any other form of sporting or game integrity manipulation.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing mt9661 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing legitimate payment transactions with your bank or e-wallet provider without first raising the matter through mt9661 support.
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your Account on your behalf.

All content on the mt9661 Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, brand names, software, graphics, text, images, audio-visual materials, and game content — is the exclusive property of mt9661 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written authorization from mt9661. Unauthorized use of Platform content may result in immediate Account termination and legal action.

mt9661 collects, processes, stores, and protects your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them. By registering an Account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy, including the collection of identity documents for KYC purposes, transaction data for financial compliance, and behavioral data for platform improvement and responsible gaming monitoring.

mt9661 shall not be liable under any circumstances for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if mt9661 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

mt9661 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to perform scheduled and emergency maintenance that may temporarily affect Platform availability, and we will not be liable for any losses incurred during such periods.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit mt9661's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12.1 Termination by mt9661

mt9661 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where: the Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is detected or suspected; a regulatory or compliance obligation requires Account closure; or continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

12.2 Termination by the Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Upon Account closure, any remaining verified real-money balance will be refunded to your registered payment method within 5 business days, provided all pending withdrawal conditions and KYC requirements have been satisfied. Bonus Funds remaining in a closed Account are forfeited.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination for any reason, your license to access the Platform ceases immediately. Clauses that by their nature survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law — shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of online gaming law as applied by the licensing jurisdiction under which mt9661 operates. mt9661 is licensed and regulated internationally as an online gaming operator.

Any dispute arising between you and mt9661 that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English under internationally accepted arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court or arbitral tribunal to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

mt9661 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice by posting a prominent notice on the Platform homepage and, where possible, by notifying registered Players via email or in-platform notification. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the amendment takes effect. We recommend that you review these Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of the current version.
